1 t. lemmon pepper

In large pot boil 2 1/2 c of water and lemon pepper and 1 t. cumin. Add chicken, return to boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer 20 to 30 minutes. Remove chicken, cut into small pieces and return chicken to pot. Add garlic, onion, corn, chiles, 1 t. cumin, and lime juice. Boil, add beans, simmer 20 - 45 minutes. To serve, place some chips and cheese in each bowl, ladle in soup and top with sour cream.

1 cup toasted, chopped walnuts

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Lightly grease a 9 1/4 by 5 1/4 by 2 1/2 inch loaf pan with 1 tsp butter (I usually make them into muffins).

Sift the cake flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and salt into the bowl of an electric mixer fixed with a whisk attachment. Add the remaining 10 Tbsp butter and mix on medium-low speed until well blended, about 30 seconds. Gradually beat in 5 1/2 to 6 cups powdered sugar to reach spreading consistency. (to make this a chocolate frosting, I melt some chocolate chips and then mix it in before adding the powered sugar)

Put package of Nutter Butters in ziplock back on crush them with a rolling pin until all chunks are gone. Add package of cream cheese. (I ended up using my hands to mix it) Roll into balls and dip into chocolate.

2 cups brown sugar packed
1/2 cup butter
1 cup light corn syrup
Dash of salt
Cook all ingredients in heavy saucepan to soft-ball stage (when a small amount dropped in cold water forms a soft ball.) Pour over popcorn until evenly coated. Form into balls (or not). Store in covered container.
We probably popped about 4 to 5 batches (total of 2 to 2 1/2 cups of un-popped popcorn) and it came out just right.

Special K Bars
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup Karo syrup
Bring these two to a boil and turn off.
Add 3/4 cup peanut butter and
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix with 3 cup Special K Cereal Spread in prepared pan. Cover with 1 sm. bag of choc. chips (melted) and 1 small bag of butterscotch chips (melted)
Let chocolate get firm at room temp before cutting.
