Ingredients:
2 cans (14.5 oz. each) green beans, drained (or 16 oz. pkg frozen)
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup milk
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 1/3 cups French Fried Onions
Directions:
1. Drain beans (or thaw and drain frozen).
2. Combine beans, soup, milk and pepper.
3. Add 1/2 of the French Fried Onions to the green bean mixture; pour into baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F in an 8 by 8 inch pan for 30 minutes.
4. Top with remaining onions. Bake 5 minutes longer.
Artichoke and Spinach Dip Restaurant Style
Ingredients:
4 cloves garlic
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped Spinach, thawed and drained
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 (10 ounce)container Alfredo style pasta sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. Place garlic in a small baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven 20 to 30 minutes, until soft. Remove from heat. When cool enough to touch, squeeze softened garlic from skins.
3. In a 8 by 8 inch baking dish, spread the roasted garlic, spinach, artichoke hearts, Alfredo-style pasta sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese and cream cheese.
4. Cover and bake in the preheated oven 30 minutes or until cheeses are melted and bubbly. Serve warm.

Easy Waffles
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 cup milk
2 tsp. lemon juice or vinegar (I use lemon juice)
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 egg, beaten
Directions:
Combine flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Stir in milk, lemon juice, butter and egg. Cook in greased waffle iron.
Pancakes
Ingredients:
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 cup milk
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
3/4 cup flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp sugar
Directions:
Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in medium bowl. Beat together eggs, milk and oil. Stir egg mixture into flour mixture until all ingredients are well blended. Heat a greased griddle or frying pan. Pour small amount of batter into pan. Cook until bubbles form on top. Turn. Cook until bottom side is light brown.
